摘要
教师教学评价是高职院校教学管理的一项重要工作,构建多元化教学评价体系是教学评价改革的重要举措。教学评价主体的多元化从不同的侧面和视角对教师的教学过程做出全面准确的评价,有利于教师教育教学能力和高职院校教学质量的提高。
Teachers'teaching evaluation is an important work of teaching management in higher vocational colleges.Constructing a diverse teaching evaluation system is an important measure for teaching evaluation reform.The diversity of teaching evaluation subjects makes a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of teachers'teaching processes from different aspects and perspectives,which is conducive to the improvement of teachers'education and teaching ability and the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges.
