“三教”改革下中职建筑专业课教师教研相长能力提升策略

摘要 现阶段部分中职建筑专业课教师存在重视教学活动、忽视科研活动的问题;而另一些中职建筑专业课教师则醉心科研活动,忽略日常教学工作。事实上,教学与科研二者相互支撑、相辅相成。为解决教学、科研发展不均衡现象,该文在“三教”改革的背景下,提出以教学能力大赛、课题、论文为载体,提升中职建筑专业课教师的教研能力,以求实现教研相长。 At this stage,some teachers for the professional courses of secondary vocational architecture majors have the problem of attaching importance to teaching activities and neglecting scientific research activities,while some teachers are obsessed with scientific research activities and ignore daily teaching work.In fact,teaching and scientific research support each other and complement each other.In order to solve the uneven development of teaching and scientific research,this paper proposes to use teaching competence competitions,topics,and papers as the carrier to improve the teaching and research ability of teachers for the professional construction courses of secondary vocational architecture majors,so as to realize the mutual development of teaching and scientific research under the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods.
