一种术后引流器固定装置在老年乳腺癌手术中的应用

Application of a postoperative drainage fixation device in elderly patients with breast cancer operation

目的观察一种乳腺癌术后引流器固定装置在老年乳腺癌手术中的临床应用效果。方法选择老年乳腺癌术后患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组术后给予引流器常规固定方法,观察组术后使用本科室研发的引流器固定装置。比较两组患者术后发热、脱管、刀口红肿、皮下积液的发生率,以及术后72 h视觉模拟评分(VAS)、置管时间及住院时间。结果观察组术后脱管、刀口红肿、皮下积液的发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组术后72 h VAS、置管时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论本科室研发的乳腺癌术后引流器固定装置可以降低术后引流管脱管的发生率,缩短置管时间和住院时间,促进老年患者的术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of a postoperative drainage fixation device for elderly patients with breast cancer.Methods Sixty cases of elderly patients after operation were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional fixation method,while the observation group was treated with the newly designed drainage device.The incidence of postoperative fever,cannula exodus,incision redness and swelling,subcutaneous hydrops,as well as visual analogue scale(VAS),catheterization time and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative cannula exodus,incision redness and swelling,subcutaneous hydrops in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).VAS score at 72 h after operation,the catheterization time,and hospital stay in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The developed postoperative drainage fixation device by our department can reduce the incidence of cannula exodus of postoperative drainage,shorten the catheterization time and hospital stay,promote the postoperative recovery of elderly patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
