摘要
颈椎病是老年常见病。当颈椎间盘退行性改变刺激或压迫脊髓、神经、血管,使椎动脉受压、神经根受压或交感神经网周围受到刺激时,会导致椎基底动脉有效血流量减少,当代偿不足时可引起脑供血不足,导致脑组织缺血性损害、脑功能障碍。颈椎病也可使局部脑区神经活动及功能连接异常,损害痛觉调制通路、运动功能区、情绪调节功能区、认知功能区、视觉皮层及其他多个脑区,导致脑功能障碍。
Cervical spondylosis is a common disease in old age.When the degenerative changes of cervical intervertebral discs stimulate or compress the spinal cord,nerves and blood vessels,resulting in compression of vertebral artery,compression of nerve root or stimulation around sympathetic nerve network,it will lead to reduced effective blood flow of vertebral basilar artery;Insufficiency of compensation can cause insufficiency of cerebral blood supply,leading to ischemic damage of brain tissue and brain dysfunction.Cervical spondylosis can also cause abnormal neural activities and functional connections in local brain regions,impair pain modulation pathways,motor function areas,emotional regulation function areas,cognitive function areas,visual cortex and other brain regions,resulting in brain dysfunction.
