摘要
为了研究鹿胎粉对雌性小鼠免疫功能、抗氧化功能及生殖器官发育的影响。采用随机分组的试验设计,将100只4周龄雌性小鼠随机分成A、B、C、D、E共5组,每组20只,A组作为对照组,B、C、D、E为试验组,鹿胎粉剂的灌服剂量分别为0 mg/(kg·bw)、20 mg/(kg·bw)、40 mg/(kg·bw)、80 mg/(kg·bw)、160 mg/(kg·bw),灌服21 d。试验结果显示,灌服鹿胎粉后,胸腺指数升高,D组、E组与其他各组相比差异显著(P<0.05);脾脏指数先升高后降低,C组最高且与其余各组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。小鼠肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性逐渐升高,E组最高且与其对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)的含量逐渐降低,D组、E组最低,与其余各组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。表明鹿胎粉能增强小鼠的免疫器官指数,并且具有抗氧化的功能,对预防衰老、脂质过氧化发生有很大的保健作用。
In order to study the effects of deer fetal meal on immune function,antioxidant function and reproductive organ development of female mice.One hundred 4-week-old female mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:A,B,C,D and E with 20 mice in each group.Group A was the control group,while group B,C,D and E were the experimental groups.The perfusion dosage of deer fetal powder was 0 mg/(kg·bw),20 mg/(kg·bw),40 mg/(kg·bw),80 mg/(kg·bw)and 160 mg/(kg·bw),respectively,for 21 days.The results showed that after perfusion of deer fetal meal,the thymus index increased,and there were significant differences between group D and group E and other groups(P<0.05).The spleen index was first increased and then decreased,and the highest difference between group C and other groups was significant(P<0.05).The activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in the liver of mice were increased gradually,and the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in group E was the highest,with significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).The content of MDA decreased gradually,while that in group D and group E was the lowest,with significant difference compared with other groups(P<0.05).The results showed that deer fetal meal can enhance the immune organ index of mice,and has antioxidant function.It has a great health effect on preventing aging and lipid peroxidation.
