摘要
为了提供禽蛋中大环内酯类药物残留监控手段,本文建立了鸡蛋和鸭蛋中红霉素等10种大环内酯类药物多残留检测的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法(UPLC-MS/MS),样品用80%乙腈水溶液提取后,用Cleanert MAS-Q净化管净化,UPLC-MS/MS法采用多反应监测(MRM)方式进行采集。结果表明:鸡蛋和鸭蛋中大环内酯类药物的定量限均为2μg/kg。鸡蛋和鸭蛋中大环内酯类药物在2、20μg/kg和200μg/kg三个添加浓度平均回收率都在60%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于20%。该方法定性准确、简便快捷。
In order to help monitor macrolides residue in poultry eggs,a UPLC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of macrolides residue in eggs and duck eggs.The samples were extracted by water(80%acetonitrile),and then were purified with Cleanert MAS-Q centrifuge tubes.Mass spectrometry conditions were MRM mode.The limit of quantification was 2μg/kg.The average recoveries of macrolides from spiked eggs and duck eggs at 3 concentrations of 2,20 and 200μg/kg were between 60%and 120%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)were less then 20%.This method is accurate,easy and quick.
