Cage结合同种异体骨植入术治疗单节段颈椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果

The Clinical Efficacy of Cage Combined with Allogeneic Bone Implantation in the Treatment of Patients with Single Level Cervical Disc Herniation

目的探究Cage结合同种异体骨植入术治疗单节段颈椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年10月医院收治的60例单节段颈椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组行自体髂骨植入术,试验组行Cage结合同种异体骨植入术,比较两组的手术结果。结果试验组手术出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,症状改善率及术后6个月日本骨科协会(JOA)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Cage结合同种异体骨植入术治疗单节段颈椎间盘突出症患者,可缩短手术时间,减少手术出血量,改善患者症状。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Cage combined with allogeneic bone implantation in the treatment of patients with single level cervical disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with single level cervical disc herniation received from January 2016 to October 2019 in the hospital were selected in this study.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and an test group,with 30 cases in each.The control group underwent autogenous iliac bone implantation and the test group underwent Cage combined with allogeneic bone implantation.The operation results of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the test group was less than that in the control group,the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,the symptom improvement rate and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores were both higher than those in the control group,all the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation time could be shorten,the intraoperative blood loss could be reduced and the symptoms of the patients could be improved in the Cage combined with allogeneic bone implantation for treating single level cervical disc herniation patients.
