颈七刀结合龙氏正骨法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of neck seven knife combined with long's bone setting method in treatment of cervical vertigo

目的研究颈七刀结合龙氏正骨手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法以2018年7月-2019年6月新疆医科大学第一附属医院针灸推拿科收治的90例颈性眩晕患者为研究对象,随机分为单纯针刀组30例,采用传统针刀方法治疗,针灸推拿组30例,采用针灸结合推拿治疗,针刀结合手法组30例,采用颈七刀结合龙氏正骨正骨手法治疗,各组均治疗1个疗程,观察3组患者颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表积分、头晕残障量表评分及临床疗效。结果与单纯针刀组和针灸推拿组比较,针刀结合手法组患者症状与功能积分均升高,DHI评分降低,患者临床疗效提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈七刀结合正骨手法治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of neck seven knife combined with long′s bone setting manipulation in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,a total of 90 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Massage,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,were randomly divided into simple acupotomy group(30 cases)with traditional acupotomy method,acupuncture and massage group(30 cases)with acupuncture+massage treatment,needle knife combined with manipulation group(30 cases)with cervical seven knife+long′s bone setting and bone setting manipulation.The scores of cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale,dizziness disability scale score and clinical efficacy of the three groups were observed.Results Compared with the simple acupotomy group and acupuncture and massage group,the symptoms and function scores of the acupuncture knife combined with manipulation group were increased,the DHI score was decreased,and the clinical curative effect was improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical seven knife combined with bone setting manipulation has a significant effect on cervical vertigo,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
