6~36月龄婴幼儿顺应性喂养行为及相关危险因素分析

Compliance feeding practice and related risk factors of infants aged 6-36 months

目的探讨6~36月龄婴幼儿顺应性喂养行为及相关影响因素。方法采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法,于2017年7月—2019年11月抽取某省5个地区,进一步在5个地区中抽取13个县(市),每个县抽取2个乡,每个乡抽取3~5个村,共计4130名婴幼儿,调查人员采用面对面的问卷方式调查其人口学特征、喂养行为,分析影响喂养行为的相关危险因素。结果相对于城市,农村是危险因素(OR=2.837);相对于喂养人是母亲,其他喂养人是危险因素(OR=2.122);相对于喂养人学历是高中及以上,初中及以下是危险因素(OR=1.810);不是母乳喂养是危险因素(OR=1.983)(P均<0.05)。结论生活在农村、照顾主体为母亲以外的喂养人、喂养人文化程度低、非母乳喂养是6~36月龄婴幼儿顺应性喂养行为不合格的高危人群,要重点加强对农村地区的主要喂养人引导,促进母乳喂养,提高婴幼儿照顾者受教育程度,重视喂养行为方面的健康指导,促进婴幼儿的健康成长。

Objective In order to study the compliance feeding behavior and related influencing factors of infants aged 6-36 months.Methods In this study,stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to sample 5 regions of a province from July 2017 to November 2019,and 13 counties(cities)were further selected from the five regions,2 townships were selected from each county,and 3-5 villages were selected from each township A total of 4130 infants and young children were investigated by face-to-face questionnaire to investigate their demographic characteristics,feeding behavior and related risk factors.Results Relative to the city,rural area was the risk factor(OR=2.837);relative to the feeder was the mother,other feeders were the risk factor(OR=2.122);relative to the feeding person′s education background was high school or above,junior high school or below was the risk factor(OR=1.810);not breastfeeding was the risk factor(OR=1.983)(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-risk groups of infants aged from 6 to 36 months old who live in rural areas,take care of the feeders other than their mothers,have low educational level and are not breastfeeding.In the future infant feeding guidance work,we should strengthen the guidance to the main feeders in rural areas,promote breastfeeding,improve the education level of infant caregivers,and pay attention to it Health guidance on feeding behavior can promote the healthy growth of infants and young children.
