共情能力在血液科护士情绪管理和情绪智力间的调节效应

The regulating effect of empathy ability on emotional management and emotional intelligence of nurses in hematology department

目的探讨共情能力在血液科护士情绪管理和情绪智力间的调节效应。方法2018年10月-2019年10月,采用方便抽样法对乌鲁木齐市5所三级甲等综合医院的282名血液科护士进行问卷调查,包括一般资料调查问卷、杰弗逊共情能力量表、护士情绪管理量表和情绪智力测评量表,分析护士在共情能力、情绪管理能力和情绪智力上的得分及相关性。结果282名血液科护士共情能力得分为(98.72±10.17);情绪管理得分为(51.54±10.46),情绪智力得分为(136.11±33.25);血液科护士共情能力、情绪管理能力和情绪智力得分之间均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。Bootstrap中介效应检验结果显示,血液科护士以共情能力为主的在情绪管理和情绪智力间的中介路径存在且中介效应量为39.13%。结论共情能力能够有效调节血液科护士情绪管理和情绪智力间关系,建议护理管理者可通过干预途径提高护士情绪管理和情绪智力水平,以间接增强血液科护理人员的共情能力,帮助其减少情绪隐患并提升情绪应激能力,有利于护理工作的顺利开展。

Objective To explore the regulation effect of empathy ability between the emotional management and emotional intelligence of hematology nurses.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 282 blood nurses from 5 Grade 3A hospitals in Urumqi,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region,including a general data questionnaire,Jefferson empathy ability scale,nurse emotion management scale and emotional intelligence scale.The scores of empathy ability,emotion management ability and emotion intelligence of nurses were analyzed.Results The scores of empathy ability,emotional management and emotional intelligence were(98.72±10.17),(51.54±10.46)and(136.11±33.25).There was a significant positive correlation between empathy ability,emotional management ability and emotional intelligence score of hematological nurses.The results of bootstrap′s mediating effect test showed that the mediating pathbetween emotional management and emotional intelligence existed mainly in empathy,and the amount of mediating effect was 39.13%.Conclusion Empathy ability can effectively regulate the relationship between emotional management and emotional intelligence of nurses in hematology department.It is suggested that nursing managers can improve the level of emotional management and emotional intelligence of nurses through intervention,so as to indirectly enhance the empathy ability of nursing staff in hematology department,help them reduce emotional hidden dangers and improve emotional stress ability,which is beneficial to the smooth development of nursing work.
