产业发展视域下重庆中药专利技术创新机制研究

高效的专利技术创新机制对于中药产业发展具有促进作用。通过专利分析法发现重庆市在中药专利申请量、授权量、拥有量与有效性等方面的不足,透析不足的机制诱因,进而立足于重庆本地产业现状、运用协同创新理论,建议该市构建中药专利技术创新机制以促进产业发展。该机制的主要内容是高质量中药专利技术创新的激励、高价值专利的认定与管理;在机制实施中,主管部门应通过协调彼此职能来发挥行政主导作用,行业组织宜为中药企业探索专利技术创新模式提供平台服务。

The efficient patent technology innovation mechanism can promote the development of the Chinese medicine industry.Through the patent analysis method,Chongqing's deficiencies in the number of patent applications,authorizations,possessions,and validity of traditional Chinese medicines were found,and the mechanism of dialysis was insufficient.Based on the current situation of Chongqing's local industry and the use of collaborative innovation,it is recommended that the city construct a patented technology innovation mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine to promote industrial development.The main content of the mechanism is the incentive for high-quality traditional Chinese medicine patent technology innovation,the identification and management of high-value patents;in the implementation of the mechanism,the competent departments should play an administrative leading role by coordinating each other's functions.Chinese medicine enterprises explore patent technology innovation models to provide platform services.
