At present,abnormal patent applications are impacting China's patent examination system,attracting extensive attention of the society.Contraposing the new features and changes in recent years,this article introduces the main manifestations of abnormal invention patent applications in the practice of examination,and on this basis,summarizes the essential feature of abnormal patent applications:nonmarketability.The article also discusses the issues of patent basic theory and administrative regulations.
