文章提出了三周一体发版质量管控模式,发版质量管控工作从分阶段跨部门的传统模式,转向以时间周期为主线的模式。周期中的PMO和项目集管理职能进行了重划分,并对新模式的管控思路和方法进行了论述,最后通过在大型系统的应用,验证了新模式的可行性、先进性和可操作性。

This paper puts forward the quality control mode of three weeks integrated release.The quality control work of release has changed from the traditional mode of multi-stage and cross department to the mode with time cycle as the main line.The PMO and project management functions in the cycle are re divided,and the control ideas and methods of the new mode are discussed.Finally,the feasibility,advanced nature and operability of the new model are verified by the application in large-scale systems.
