基于苏北运河运调系统对船闸信息系统设计的几点思考

Some Thoughts on the Design of Lock Information System Based on North Jiangsu Grand Canal Transportation System

船闸信息系统是船闸工程建设的重要组成部分,为船闸高效运行和船舶安全通行提供技术支撑与保障。目前,国内尚未出台统一船闸信息系统设计的标准规范,用于指导船闸信息系统工程建设与管理。基于苏北运河运调信息系统,从船闸运行调度、过闸安全管理、过闸信用管理和过闸收费四个方面,提出对船闸信息系统设计的几点思考,可对国内同类型船闸信息化建设提供参考和借鉴。

Shiplock information system is an important part of shiplock engineering construction,which provides technical support and guarantee for efficient operation of shiplock and safe passage of ships.At present,there is no unified standard specification for lock information system design in China,which is used to guide the construction and management of lock information system project.Based on the dispatch and transfer information system of North Jiangsu Grand Canal,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the design of lock information system from four aspects.namely.lock operation scheduling,lock safety management,lock credit management and lock charge,which can provide reference and reference for the information construction of similar locks in China.
