摘要
无刷直流电机因寿命长、体积小、输出转矩大和功率密度高等优点,广泛应用于航空航天等精准转矩控制领域,但由于结构、制造工艺和控制方式等原因,无刷直流电机在工作时不可避免会产生转矩脉动问题,限制了其应用范围。针对此问题,分析了转矩脉动产生原因,综述了通过控制电流、控制转矩、增加拓扑结构等方法抑制转矩脉动的研究现状。
Due to the advantages of long life,high power density,small size and large output torque,brushless DC motors(BLDCM)are widely used in aerospace and other areas of precise torque control.But beacause of the structure,manufacturing process,control methods and other reasons,the problem of torque ripple during the operation of brushless DC motors is inevitable,and greatly limits its wider application.Aiming at the problem,the causes of torque ripple in brushless DC motors were analyzed,and the methods to achieve torque ripple suppression by controlling current,controlling torque,and increasing the topology were given.
