摘要
根据裂缝鸡蛋和完好鸡蛋声音特性的不同,设计了一种通过声音判断鸡蛋裂缝的系统。整个系统由敲击装置、声音放大器、数据采集和数据分析部分组成。数据采集部分通过数据采集卡USB-6211结合LabVIEW软件来实现,采集的图形信号保存为EXCEL数据形式。对60个鸡蛋样品进行检测,对采集的数据进行主成分分析。从三维得分图上可以看出,完好鸡蛋和裂缝鸡蛋具有各自的分布趋势,该系统具有一定的应用价值。
According to the different sound characteristics of cracked eggs and intact eggs,a system for judging egg cracks by sound was designed.The whole system was composed of percussion device,sound amplifier,data acquisition and data analysis.The data acquisition part was realized by USB-6211 data acquisition card combined with LabVIEW software,and the collected graphic signals were saved in the form of Excel data.60 egg samples were detected,and the collected data were analyzed by principal component analysis.From the three-dimensional score map,the results show that the intact eggs and the cracked eggs have their own distribution trend,and the system has certain application value.
