基于PLC的数控设备工业三色警示灯控制的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 数控机床上安装的警示灯是带有集成控制电路的,这种警示灯集成控制电路普遍容易出现故障,后期维修时采取更换整个警示灯的做法,浪费较大;如果选择维修控制集成电路,则耗时耗力。针对此类问题,将工业三色警示灯的主电路及控制电路进行修改,将数控设备的梯形图程序采用延时计数器模块编写,实现了三色警示灯以设定时间为周期亮起、熄灭的闪烁功能。节约了维修成本,同时也提高了数控设备维修人员的维修水平。 The warning lights installed on CNC machine tools are equipped with integrated control circuits,which are generally prone to failure.It is a waste of time to replace the entire warning lights in later maintenance;if the maintenance control integrated circuit is selected,it will be time-consuming and labor-consuming.In order to solve these problems,the main circuit and control circuit of the industrial three-color warning light were modified.The ladder diagram program of the numerical control equipment was written by the delay counter module.The flashing function of the three-color warning light on and off with the set time was realized.The design not only saves the maintenance cost,but also improves the maintenance level of CNC equipment maintenance personnel.
