立式加工中心立柱结构分析与优化

摘要 研究了现有的某立式加工中心立柱结构,对加工中心的立柱进行结构有限元分析和减重优化。使用SolidWorks对加工中心立柱结构建立实体模型,再运用有限元软件ANSYS-workbench对模型网格划分并进行静力学分析,通过数据得到立柱结构的可优化区域。对立柱进行拓扑优化处理,得到材料分布密度云图。基于密度云图对立柱结构进行优化改进并与原结构对比,该方案能够满足工作条件并减轻重量,表面经过分析优化的结构能有效提高性能并成功实现减重。 The column structure of a vertical machining center was studied,and the finite element analysis and weight reduction optimization were carried out for the column structure of the machining center.SolidWorks was used to build the solid model of the column structure of the machining center,and then ANSYS-workbench was used to divide the model mesh and carry out the static analysis,and the optimized area of the column structure was obtained through the data.After topological optimization of the column,the material distribution density nephogram was obtained.Based on the density nephogram,the column structure was optimized and compared with the original structure.The scheme can meet the working conditions and reduce the weight.The structure with the surface optimized by analysis can effectively improve the performance and successfully realize the weight reduction.
