摘要
为了研究正常与缺陷状态下的缓冲层交、直流电阻变化规律,对故障电缆进行了解剖分析,现象表明绝缘屏蔽与铝护套均有明显的烧伤痕迹,且阻水带表面有阻水粉析出;设计了试验对正常与故障电缆绝缘屏蔽与铝护套之间的交、直流电阻进行测量,试验结果表明,故障电缆缓冲层的交、直流电阻均大于正常电缆;交、直流电阻的大小与缓冲层和铝护套之间的间隙大小有关。该研究可为评估电缆绝缘屏蔽烧伤的原因提供参考。
In order to study the change law of AC and DC resistance of buffer layer under normal and defective conditions,the fault cable was dissected and analyzed.The phenomenon showed that there were obvious burn marks on the insulation shield and aluminum sheath,and water blocking powder was precipitated on the surface of the water stop belt.The test was designed to measure the AC and DC resistance between the insulation shield and the aluminum sheath of the normal and faulty cables.The AC and DC resistance of the buffer layer of fault cable is higher than that of the normal cable;the AC and DC resistance of the buffer layer is related to the gap between the buffer layer and the aluminum sheath.This study can provide a reference for evaluating the cause of cable insulation shield burn.
