摘要
加装涡流发生器有助于改善风力机叶片根部大厚翼型表面边界层气流分离的控制。以DU97-W2-300三维翼型为研究对象,采用转捩模型对加装不同高度和长度的涡流发生器翼型进行数值计算。结果表明,涡流发生器能够有效提升翼型的失速攻角,涡流发生器长度不变时,涡流发生器高度越高,相同攻角下,翼型升力系数越大;涡流发生器高度不变时,涡流发生器长度存在一个相对较优的值,使得翼型升力系数最优。
In the inboard of blade of the wind turbine,the air separation often took place because of the thick aerofoil.Vortex generators(VGs)is an effective way of controlling the boundary layer air separation.The DU97-W2-3003D airfoil was researched with different height and length of VGs.The transition model were used to numerical calculation.The results show that the vortex generator can effectively improve the stall angle of attack of the airfoil.When the length of the vortex generator is unchanged,the higher the height of the vortex generator is,the higher the lift coefficient of the airfoil is under the same angle of attack.When the height of the vortex generator is constant,the length of the vortex generator has a relatively optimal value,which makes the airfoil lift coefficient optimal.
