摘要
液压电梯在短行程、重载荷的场合应用较多,但相较于曳引式电梯,液压电梯占有率较低,有关液压电梯的技术知识也相对匮乏。以GMV公司3010型液压系统为例,通过分析油路图纸,并结合检规中相关条款的检验要求,详细讲解了一些常见阀体的工作原理。并给出了实物拆解图,形象地展示了各个阀体的构造,有助于液压电梯的检验和维修。
Hydraulic lifts are often used in short-stroke and heavy-load situations,but compared with traction lifts,the hydraulic lifts’occupancy rate is lower,and the technical knowledge of hydraulic lifts is relatively lacking.Taking the GMV company 3010 hydraulic system as an example,the oil circuit drawings were analyzed,combined with the inspection requirements of relevant clauses in the inspection regulations,the working principles of some common valve bodies were explained in detail.The physical disassembly drawing was given,the structure of each valve body was showed vividly,which was helpful to the inspection and maintenance of hydraulic elevator.
