摘要
某炼化动力车间中压除氧水泵在实际运行中通过除氧水泵再循环控制管网压力,不仅降低除氧水泵运行效率、增加电耗,而且长时间阀门冲刷,内漏严重,增加检修费用。针对这一现状,对中压除氧水泵进行永磁调速节能改造,利用永磁调速器调节转速取代泵再循环,达到节能降耗目的。介绍了该炼化中压除氧水泵永磁调速系统组成和原理,通过改造前后数据分析,论证了除氧水泵永磁调速改造的可行性和经济性,指出了改造后存在的问题并提出了改进建议。
In the actual operation of the medium-pressure deaerator pump in a refinery power plant,the pressure of the pipe network is controlled by recirculation of the deaerator pump,which not only reduces the operation efficiency of the deaerator pump and increases power consumption,but also causes serious internal leakage and increases maintenance costs due to long-time valve flushing.In view of this situation,the medium-pressure deaerating water pump was retrofitted with permanent magnet speed regulation to save energy.The permanent magnet speed regulator was used to regulate the rotation speed instead of pump recirculation to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.The composition and principle of permanent magnet speed control system for medium-pressure deaerating water pump in the refinery were introduced.Through data analysis before and after the reform,the feasibility and economy of permanent magnet speed control reform for deaerating water pump were demonstrated,the existing problems after the reform were pointed out,and improvement suggestions were put forward.
