摘要
介绍了一起电梯应急救援失败事件,确定该事件是在安装救援操作装置过程中发生的。进一步分析得出事件原因是安装救援装置过程中移动了制动器的制动块,造成曳引轮制动力矩降低,轿厢失速"溜车"。通过现场勘查,调阅电梯相关资料,提出了2种便捷的解决救援装置缺陷方案,建议电梯相关单位尤其是制造单位应增强设备本质安全意识。
An elevator emergency rescue failure event was introduced,it was determined that the incident occurred during the installation of the rescue operator.Further analysis showed that due to moving the brake block in the process of installation of rescue device,the braking torque of traction wheel was reduced,which caused car stall"sliding".Through on-the-spot investigation and reading the elevator related information,two convenient solutions to the defects of rescue devices were proposed.It was suggested that relevant units of elevator especially manufacturing units should enhance the awareness of intrinsic safety of equipment.
