摘要
众所周知,近年来伴随着我国在钻完井工程、石油化工生产、石油化工精加工等方面都取得了显著的进展,尤其是精炼油工艺、芳烃生产工艺迅速铺开。其中,加氢反应器作为石油冶炼石油化工生产当中最为重要的一个设备,加强其研究对于提升化工生产效率显得尤为重要。因此,主要根据冷氢口特点进行有限元分析,探索适应目前生产方式的区域模型,考虑温度环境等相关差异进行应力计算。并结合分层导入结构探讨温度场的分布规律,结合顺序耦合进行危险截面工作判定,根据参数分析结果探讨不同应力强度范围之下,加氢反应器冷氢口有限元数据分析情况。
It is well known that in recent years,with our drilling and completion engineering,petrochemical production,petrochemical refining and other aspects have made significant progress,especially refining oil technology,aromatics production process rapidly spread.Among them,hydrogenation reactor is the most important equipment in petroleum refining and petrochemical production,so it is very important to strengthen the research of hydrogenation reactor in order to improve the efficiency of chemical production.Therefore,this paper mainly based on the characteristics of cold hydrogen port finite element analysis,exploring the regional model to adapt to the current mode of production,taking into account the temperature environment and other relevant differences in stress calculation.The Distribution Law of temperature field is discussed in combination with the layered structure,and the dangerous section is judged by the sequential coupling method,finite element analysis of cold hydrogen port in hydrogenation reactor.
