摘要
应用眼球追踪技术对城市轨道交通导向标志进行使用后评价(POE),评估建成后导向标志能否满足使用者需求,是一种新型的设计评价方法。以长春地铁2号线为案例,采用定量测量、数据统计、可视化分析、用户访谈等方法,获取不同情境下使用者与地铁导向标志视觉交互过程中的热点图、注视频率和移动路径等眼动数据,并以此为基础对长春地铁2号线导向标志进行评估。采用POE评价城市轨道交通导向标志可建立起使用者和设计者之间信息沟通的桥梁,可反馈使用过程中出现的问题并提出改进建议,促进导向标志设计更为科学化、合理化,实现使用者、导向标志和城市轨道交通环境之间的协调与平衡。
Conducting post occupancy evaluation(POE)on guiding signs of urban rail transit with eye-tracking technology,and evaluating whether the guiding signs meet user demands is a new type of design evaluation method.Taking the case of Changchun Metro Line 2,methods including quantitative measurement,data statistics,visual analysis and user interview are adopted to obtain eye movement data such as heat point map,fixation frequency,moving route in the process of visual interaction between users and metro guiding signs in different scenarios.With this basis,guiding signs of Changchun Metro Line 2 are evaluated.Adopting POE for urban rail transit guiding signs builds a bridge of information communication between users and designers,feedback of usage problems and improvement advices can be submitted,promoting a more scientific and reasonable guiding sign design,and realizing the coordination and balance among users,guiding signs and urban rail transit environment.
