摘要
在城市建设过程中,基坑开挖受到施工空间限制和遇到复杂地层条件的情况有逐步增多的趋势,研究在此类条件下钻孔咬合桩的高质量成桩工艺迫在眉睫。以深圳地铁14号线布吉站基坑工程为依托,研究钻孔咬合桩在施工空间受限、地层条件复杂情况下的施工关键技术及质量控制措施,并对钻孔咬合桩的设计计算理论进行探讨,提出整套施工工艺以及咬合桩咬合量控制、钢筋笼上浮预防和限高处理等质量控制措施。研究成果可为类似条件下的咬合桩施工提供参考。
In the process of urban construction,the situation that foundation pit excavation is limited by construction space and encounters complex stratum conditions witnesses increasing trend.Therefore,it is urgent to study high quality bored pile forming technology in this situation.Based on the foundation pit project of Buji station of Shenzhen Metro Line 14,the key construction technology and quality control measures of the bored pile under the situation of limited construction space and complex stratum conditions are studied,and the design and calculation theory of the bored pile are explored,and a complete set of construction technology and a series of quality control measures such as control of occlusion amount of the bored pile,prevention of the reinforcement cage floating up and treatment of height limitation are put forward.The research results can provide reference for the construction of bored piles in similar situations.
