摘要
新能源车用电机控制器一般采用大功率模块实现,受成本、空间、器件资源等因素影响会考虑采用多功率器件并联方案来代替功率模块方案。本文研究分立器件电机控制器功率单元设计与实现,主要研究功率主回路的设计,包括多功率器件并联均流、大电流承载和大功率器件散热问题。设计并实现了一套具有可靠散热结构、高性能驱动、集成度高、低成本的电机控制器功率单元系统。
The motor controller of New Energy Vehicle(NEV)is usually realized by high-power module.Due to the cost,space,device resources and other factors,multi power device parallel scheme will be considered to replace the power module scheme.This paper studies the design and implementation of the intelligent power unit of the discrete device motor controller.It mainly studies the design of the main power circuit,including the parallel current sharing of multi-power devices,high current carrying and heat dissipation of high-power devices.A IPU system with reliable heat dissipation structure,high performance drive,high integration and low cost is designed and implemented.
