摘要
以4个新疆南疆甜瓜品种库克白热(KBR)、86-1、比谢可齐(BXK)和伽师瓜(JSG)为试验材料,研究50mM(NaCl︰Na2SO4︰NaHCO3︰Na2CO3=9︰1︰1︰9,pH=10.80)复合盐碱液胁迫对甜瓜幼苗生长特性的影响,旨在探明在该盐碱条件下4个甜瓜品种幼苗的生长发育情况并对其耐盐能力进行评价,为在南疆地区盐碱土地栽培甜瓜提供理论依据。结果表明:50mM盐碱液胁迫后4个甜瓜品种幼苗的干物质量积累明显降低,根、茎中Na+吸收量均显著升高,根系活力较对照均呈上升趋势,各根系构型参数的变化因品种而异。综合上述结果可知,该浓度复合盐碱液严重抑制甜瓜的正常生长发育;4个品种的耐盐能力差异较大,伽师瓜耐盐性较好,表现为耐盐,86-1次之,比谢可齐为盐敏感品种。
Taking four melon varieties including Kukebaire melon(KBR),86-1,Biceke(BXK)and Jiashi melon(JSG)as test material,a random block design and a pot planting method were used to study the effects of saline-alkali(NaCl︰Na2SO4︰NaHCO3︰Na2CO3=9︰1︰1︰9,pH=10.80)stress on seedling growth characteristics and plant growth,the concentration of saline solution is 50mM.The results showed that after 50mM saline-alkali stress,the dry matter accumulation of the 4 melon seedlings was significantly reduced,the Na+uptake in root and stem was significantly increased,the root activity was increased compared with the control group,and the changes of root configuration parameters were also different with the varieties.Based on the results above,it can be seen that the normal growth and development of melon were seriously inhibited by this concentration of compound saline alkali solution.And the salt tolerance of the four cultivars was significantly different,JSG had better salt tolerance,followed by 86-1,while BXK was the salt sensitive cultivar.
