摘要 【目的】研究富马酸、季戊四醇和乙二胺制备水溶性富马酸改性松香树脂的工艺条件,为其产业化生产提供技术支持。【方法】以松香为原料,考察加成反应、酯化反应及水溶性处理对水溶性富马酸改性松香树脂的水溶性、粘度和酸值等产品性能的影响,通过正交试验确定其最佳制备工艺条件。【结果】松香加成反应的富马酸用量为10%,反应温度为200℃时,富马酸改性松香的软化点为115.0℃。酯化反应的季戊四醇用量为15%,反应温度为270℃时,富马酸松香季戊四醇脂的软化点为125.5℃,酸值为23.5 mg KOH/g。水溶性处理选择的反应物为乙二胺,影响产品性能的因素排序为反应物用量>反应物浓度>反应温度,确定最佳工艺条件:乙二胺浓度为20%,乙二胺溶液用量为60%,反应温度为120℃,制得的水溶性富马酸改性松香树脂能与水混溶,其粘度为3550 mPa·s,酸值为8.2 mg KOH/g。【结论】采用松香、富马酸、季戊四醇和乙二胺制备的水溶性富马酸改性松香树脂,能以水作为溶解介质,且具有较高的粘度,可为水溶性松香树脂系列产品的开发提供新途径。 【Objective】The water-soluble fumaric acid modified rosin resin was made from fumaric acid,pentaerythritol and ethylenediamine,and the optimum technology parameters were determined to provide data basis for its industrial production.【Method】Taking rosin as raw material,the effects of addition reaction,esterification reaction and water-soluble treatment on water solubility,viscosity,acid value and other properties of water-soluble fumaric acid modified rosin resin were studied to determine the optimal process by orthogonal test.【Result】The results showed that the addition amount of fumaric acid was 10%and the reaction temperature was 200℃.The softening point of fumaric acid modified rosin was 115.0℃.The amount of pentaerythritol and catalyst in esterification was 15%and the reaction temperature was 270℃.The softening point was 125.5℃and the acid value was 23.5 mg KOH/g.Ethylenediamine was selected as the reactant in the preparation of water-soluble fumaric acid modified rosin resin.Through orthogonal experiment,the order of the factors affecting the product performance was dosage>concentration>reaction temperature,the optimal ethylenediamine concentration was determined to be 20%,the ethylenediamine dosage to be 60%,and the reaction temperature was 120℃.The water-soluble fumaric acid modified rosin resin could take water as dissolving medium with viscosity was 3550 mPa·s and acid value was 8.2 mg KOH/g.【Conclusion】Water-soluble fumaric acid modified rosin resin,which was made from rosin,fumaric acid,pentaerythritol and ethylenediamine,can take water as dissolving medium.It can provide a new way for the development of water-soluble rosin resin series products due to its high viscosity.
