摘要
为了发现控制线路隐性质量问题,研究设计电力机车整车控制线路和网络线路耐压试验工装。根据设计思路和设计原则,提出具体设计方案,制作耐压转接工装插头、FIP网络插头和FIP网络插座,总结工装设计特点。分别从试验步骤和注意事项2个方面,阐述应用该工装的具体试验方法。该方法能够严格按照铁道客车车电配线耐压试验方法测试线缆耐压性能,对于保障机车布线规范性和布线标准化具有现实意义。
In order to find out the hidden quality problem of the control circuit,research and design the withstand voltage test tooling for the control circuit and network line of electric locomotive.According to the design ideas and principles,the specific design scheme is raised,the pressure resistant switching tooling plug,FIP network plug and FIP network socket are made,and the design features of the tooling are summarized.From two aspects of steps and precautions,the specific test method of applying the tooling is described.This method can test the cable withstand voltage performance strictly according to the withstand voltage test method of railway passenger train electric wiring,which has practical significance for ensuring the standardization of locomotive wiring and the quality of wiring stan⁃dardization.
