摘要 为便于调试地铁车辆乘客信息系统报站功能并诊断故障,研发设计一款适用于地铁车辆乘客信息系统半自动报站的信号模拟发生器。在分析功能需求的基础上,从硬件和软件2方面设计该信号模拟发生器。其中,硬件电路设计包括电源电路、单片机及其外围电路和继电器控制电路。应用实例表明,该信号模拟发生器能够提高地铁车辆出厂前的乘客信息系统调试效率和运营过程中报站故障的诊断效率。 In order to debug the station reporting function of metro vehicle passenger information sysetem(PIS)and diagnose faults,a semi-automatic station reporting analog signal generator for metro vehicle PIS is developed and de⁃signed.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements,analog signal generator is designed from two aspects of hardware and software.The hardware circuit design includes power supply circuit,single chip computer and its pe⁃ripheral circuit and relay control circuit.The application example shows that the analog signal generator can improve the debugging efficiency of the PIS before the metro vehicles leave the factory and the diagnosis efficiency of the sta⁃tion reporting fault in the operation process.
