引导式腔内心电图定位技术应用于新生儿PICC置管中的效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究引导式腔内心电图定位技术在新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheters,PICC)中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年6月至2019年12月本院收治的92例PICC置管新生儿,按照电脑随机法分为两组,各46例。对照组采取常规方法进行PICC置管,研究组采取引导式腔内心电图定位技术进行PICC置管。比较两组定位效果,包括一次性到位率、置管时间、穿刺处出血量。结果研究组导管尖端一次性到位率(95.65%)显著高于对照组(80.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者置管时间显著短于对照组,穿刺处出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿PICC置管中采用引导式腔内心电图定位技术,可提高定位效果,保障新生儿置管安全,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of guided intraluminal electrocardiogram localization technique in neonates with peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC).Methods A total of 92 cases of PICC neonates admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were randomly selected and they were divided into two groups according to the computer random method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional methods for PICC catheterization,and the study group adopted guided intraluminal ECG positioning technique for PICC catheterization.The positioning effects of the two groups,including the one-time catheter tip placement rate,the time of tube placement,and the amount of bleeding at the puncture site were compared.Results The one-time catheter tip placement rate in the study group(95.65%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tube insertion time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the bleeding volume at the puncture site was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of guided intraluminal ECG positioning technology in neonatal PICC catheterization can improve the positioning effect and ensure the safety of neonatal catheterization,which is worthy of promotion.
