穴位按摩联合加热理疗治疗膝关节炎患者的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of acupoint massage combined with heating physiotherapy in the treatment of knee arthritis

目的探讨穴位按摩联合加热理疗应用于治疗膝关节炎患者的临床效果。方法随机选取2018年4月至2019年4月本院收治的84例膝关节炎患者,并将其分为联合组与对照组,每组42例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,联合组患者在常规治疗基础上采用穴位按摩联合加热理疗方法。比较两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量评分、VAS评分及功能恢复时间。结果联合组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组生活质量指标(日常生活能力、膝关节功能、心理功能和社会功能)各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组患者VAS评分低于对照组,膝关节功能恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合加热理疗治疗膝关节炎患者能提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,加速康复,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with heating physiotherapy in the treatment of knee arthritis.Methods 84 patients with knee arthritis from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected and divided into combined group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the combined group was treated with acupoint massage combined with heating physiotherapy on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effect,quality of life score,VAS score and functional recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of daily living ability,knee joint function,psychological function and social function in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the recovery time of knee joint function was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with heating physiotherapy can improve the treatment effect of knee arthritis patients,improve the quality of life of patients,accelerate their rehabilitation,clinical application value is high.
