系统营养干预对妊娠糖尿病孕妇血糖水平及妊娠结局的影响

Effects of systematic nutrition intervention on blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes

目的探讨系统营养干预对妊娠糖尿病孕妇血糖水平及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月于本院妇产科接受孕期指导的高妊娠糖尿病孕妇160例,按随机双盲法分为两组,每组80例。对照组给予常规孕期指导及检查,观察组在对照组基础上采用系统营养监测及指导,比较两组孕妇血糖水平以及妊娠结局。结果观察组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,血糖达标时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率为30.0%、巨大儿为5.25%、羊水异常为2.50%、早产儿为1.25%,均低于对照组的45.0%、20.0%、13.75%、16.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病孕妇采用系统营养干预,可降低血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,作用明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of systemic nutrition intervention on blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods 160 pregnant women with high gestational diabetes who received pregnancy guidance from January2018 to June 2019 in our obstetrics and gynecology department were selected and divided into two groups according to the random double-blind method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was givenroutine pregnancy guidance and examination,the observation groupused systematic nutrition monitoring and guidance based on the control group,compare the blood glucose levels of pregnant women and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the blood glucose compliance time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the observation group was 30.0%,the large child was 5.25%,the amniotic fluid abnormality was 2.50%,and the premature infant was 1.25%,which were all lower than the control group’s 45.0%,20.0%,13.75%,and 16.25%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic nutrition intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can reduce blood sugar levels and improve pregnancy outcomes.
