腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术对肝内胆管结石患者胃肠功能及肝功能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of laparoscopic left extrahepatic lobectomy on gastrointestinal function and liver function in patients with intrahepatic cholelithiasis

摘要 目的研究腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术对肝内胆管结石患者胃肠功能及肝功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年2月本院收治的114例肝内胆管结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组57例。对照组行传统开腹左肝外叶切除术,观察组行腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术,观察比较两组手术相关指标和肠胃功能恢复情况、肝功能恢复情况、术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组出血量少于对照组,切口总长度、首次排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肝功能TBil、DBil水平比较差异无统计学意义;观察组ALT水平低于对照组,ALB水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝内胆管结石患者行腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术手术,能够有效缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量,有利于患者术后肠胃功能和肝脏功能的恢复,且术后并发症较少,安全性较高。
