理性、情感、德性与警校大学生价值观教育研究

德性是在道德行为的形成与实践过程中产生的,同时也是道德行为的最终目的和结果;德性的形成和实践离不开意志、观念和情感的作用。警校大学生的价值观教育必须通过警务制度正观念、警务化管理磨意志、模范和公安实践强化情感;通过由外而内的制度、规范和职业要求锤炼道德修养,进而由内而外转化为道德行为,才能真正在深层次上铸就警魂。

Virtue is produced in the formation of moral action,and is also the ultimate goal and result of moral behavior.It's formation and practice can not be separated from the function of volition,concept and emotion.The value education of police College students must be corrected concept by policing system,sharpening will by policing management,strengthen their moral emotion by modal and police practice.From the inside-out to temper their moral cultivation by system、specifications and professional requirements,and then from the inside to the outside into moral behavior.This process is also the synergistic action process of virtue and virtue practice by emotion,concept and volition.
