基于青年教师成长培养的高职院校党建工作调查研究

文章以若干高职院校为样本,针对高职院校青年教师的思想问题、党务组织与管理制度、党务部门参与青年教师业务素质提升指导等方面,开展了扎实调研。并基于调研数据,将高职院校党建与青年教师培养工作结合起来,从优化工作理念、健全管理机制、助力业务培养等多个方面,对党建工作思路的进一步优化,乃至党建成效的进一步提升,开展了若干探讨。以求能够为高职院校党建与青年教师培养工作水平的持续提升,提供有益的参考。

Taking some higher vocational colleges as samples,this paper makes a solid investigation on the ideological problems of young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges,the Organization and Management System of Party affairs,and the guidance of party affairs departments participating in the improvement of young teachers'professional quality.And on the basis of the survey data,the Party construction of Higher Vocational Colleges is to combine with the training of young teachers,from the aspects of optimizing the working idea,perfecting the management mechanism,and boosting the professional training,etc.This paper probes into the further optimization of the training of thought of the Party building work and the further promotion of the party constructionis effect.In order to provide useful reference on party constructionis of the higher vocational colleges and the continuous improvement of the young teachers.
