教学供给侧视角下高等教育内涵式发展的现实路径 被引量:4

摘要 以教学供给侧视角为切入点,在分析高校内部教学生产力和生产关系的基础上,以目前高校在培养标准、培养路径、内部质量保障体系三方面存在的问题为导向,分析了实现高等教育内涵式发展的现实路径,即着眼人才培养标准,明确培养靶向;着眼人才培养过程,实现“不教而得”;着眼高校内部质量保障体系,构建自动化治理体系。为促进高校人才培养质量提高、实现高等教育内涵式发展提供了操作方案。 Based on the analysis of the teaching productivity and production relations in universities of sport from the perspective of teaching supply side,this paper analyzes the connotation of physical education colleges and universities,taking the existing problems in three aspects of training standards,training paths and internal quality assurance system as the guidance.The realistic path of development is to focus on the standards of personnel training,to define the training target;to focus on the process of personnel training,to achieve"no teaching and get";to focus on the internal quality assurance system,to build an automated governance system.It provides an operation scheme for improving the quality of personnel training in physical education colleges and universities and realizing the connotative development of physical education colleges and universities.
