顶管施工对既有管线的影响及保护措施探究 被引量:4

摘要 以截污管顶管施工对供水箱涵的影响为工程背景,基于管线安全控制标准,建立有限元数值模型,分析顶管施工对既有下穿管线的影响及保护措施。结果表明:顶管顶进在施工过程中会引起顶管周围岩土体应力场和位移场的重新分布,从而引起既有管线结构周围岩土体应力场和位移场的变化,带动土体中的管线产生位移以及应力状态发生改变。对此,根据分析结果采取相应加固措施以确保施工期间能够安全、正常使用管线,同时也为类似工程的优化设计及安全施工提供参考。 Based on the background of pipe jacking construction,this paper analyzes the influence of pipe jacking on the existing underground pipelines and the protection measures.Based on the safety control standard of pipeline,the FEM numerical model is established to analyze the influence of pipe jacking construction on pipelines.The results show that the stress state of soil near the pipelines is redistributed due to pipe jacking and unloading,which results in a series of changes of mechanical behavior.This inevitably causes the displacement of the soil at the top of the pipelines and leads to the displacement of the pipelines in the soil.At the same time,the stress state of pipelines is also changed.According to the analysis results,the safety of pipelines during construction is guaranteed by adopting reasonable reinforcement measures.The results of this paper can provide useful reference for the optimization design and construction of similar projects.
