摘要
某71.5米系杆拱施工严重滞后,为确保架梁工期,要求在拱桥竖向吊杆未张拉时通行架桥机和运梁车,及拱桥系梁施工时采用的现浇支架需额外承受架桥机或运梁车荷载。对此,分析该系杆拱现浇支架在通过架桥机时的受力状态,并对主要构件贝雷梁的竖杆和钢管柱顶的横梁进行加固,以确保架桥机通过时结构受力安全。
The construction period of a 71.5 meter tied arch is seriously lagging behind.In order to ensure the construction period of the frame beam,the bridge crane and beam truck are required when the vertical hanger of the arch bridge is not stretched,and the cast-in-place support used in the construction of the arch bridge is required to bear the load of the bridge erecting machine or the beam truck.This paper introduces the analysis of the force state of the tied arch cast-in-place bracket when passing through the bridge erecting machine.According to the analysis results,the related components,mainly the vertical bar of bainite beam and the cross beam of the top of the steel pipe column,are strengthened to ensure the safety of the structure of the bridge erection machine.
