摘要
教学学术思想视教学为学术的一种形式,并与科研放在同等重要位置,是大学教师专业发展水平的重要衡量维度。高职教师要不断提高实践、创新及合作能力,以发展教学学术。其有助于提高教学尊严、促进教学成果形成、加强教师专业发展。
As one of academic forms,Scholarship of teaching is as important an evaluation dimension as scientific research for the assessment of teacher’s professional development.Teachers in vocational colleges need to develop their scholarship of teaching from three aspects,namely,practical ability,innovation ability and cooperative ability,which contributes to the promotion of teaching quality,growth of teaching achievements and teacher’s professional development.
