摘要
目的探索脊髓电刺激对大鼠强直—阵挛癫痫发作的影响。方法随机将实验大鼠分为对照组(n=8)和脊髓电刺激组(n=8)。致癫药物戊四唑用以诱发大鼠强直—阵挛发作状态。在戊四唑开始注射前5 min给予130 Hz脊髓电刺激,刺激持续至戊四唑注射结束后5 min。实验全程记录皮层脑电图并通过对发作潜伏期、总发作次数、总发作时间的量化评估脊髓电刺激对癫痫发作的影响。结果与对照组比较,脊髓电刺激使发作潜伏期延长了24%,发作总时间减少41%,发作总次数减少28%,差异均有统计学意义。结论适宜频率的脊髓电刺激对大鼠癫痫强直—阵挛发作有显著抑制作用。
Objective This study was conducted to explore the influence of spinal cord stimulation(SCS)on pentylenetetrazol(PTZ)induced tonic-clonic(TC)seizures in rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into two groups:control(n=8)and SCS(n=8).TC seizures were induced by intravenous infusion of PTZ.130 Hz SCS was started 5 min before PTZ injection onset and continued for 5 min after PTZ injection offset.Based on electrocorticogram recordings,the latency,total duration and total TC seizure number were calculated for evaluating the intensity of seizures.Results Compared with the control group,latency increased by 24%,total duration decreased by 41%,and total TC seizure number decreased by 28%in response to 130 Hz SCS,all with significant difference.Conclusion The present results showed that SCS at 130 Hz significantly suppressed the TC seizures in rats.
