疏风通窍汤联合罗伊护理对鼻窦炎术后疼痛及IgE、IFN-γ水平影响研究

Effect of Shufeng Tongqiao Decoction combined with Roy nursing on postoperative pain and IgE,IFN-γlevel of sinusitis

目的探讨疏风通窍汤联合罗伊护理对鼻窦炎术后疼痛及IgE、IFN-γ水平影响。方法选取73例鼻窦炎患者,随机分为观察组37例和对照组36例。对照组予西医治疗,观察组予疏风通窍汤,均进行罗伊护理。治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效及并发症发生率,术后6、12周视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及临床症状分布情况,术前及术后6、12周血清IgE、IFN-γ水平。结果观察组总有效率(97.30%,36/37)显著高于对照组(77.78%,28/36)(P<0.05);与术后6周比较,术后12周,2组黏脓涕、黏连、血痂、黏膜水肿肥厚、窦口狭窄比例及VAS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与术前比较,术后6~12周,2组血清IFN-γ水平均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清IgE水平均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(10.81%,4/37)显著低于对照组(22.22%,8/36)(P<0.05)。结论疏风通窍汤联合罗伊护理可调节鼻窦炎术后患者血清IgE、IFN-γ水平,改善术后疼痛及临床症状,减少术后并发症,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shufeng Tongqiao Decoction combined with Roy nursing on postoperative pain and IgE,IFN-γlevel of sinusitis.Methods A total of 73 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into the observation group(n=37)and the control group(n=36).The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shufeng Tongqiao Decoction,Roy’s care were given.Treatment for 12 weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy and incidence of complications,VAS score at 6 and 12 weeks after surgery,distribution of clinical symptoms,and serum IgE and IFN-γlevels before and at 6 and 12 weeks after surgery.Results The total effective rate(97.30%,36/37)of the observation group was higher than the control group(77.78%,28/36)(P<0.05).Compared with 6 weeks after the operation,the ratio of clinical symptoms and VAS score in both groups were decreased at 12 weeks,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The IFN-γlevel increased in both groups at 6-12 weeks after the operation,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).IgE level decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the complication rate in the observation group(10.81%,4/37)was lower than the control group(22.22%,8/36).(P<0.05).Conclusion Shufeng Tongqiao Decoction with Roy’s care can regulate the IgE and IFN-γlevel of postoperative patients with sinusitis,improve pain and clinical symptoms,reduce complications,significant effect.
