中医针药联合5E康复管理模式对腹腔镜全子宫切除患者卵巢功能的影响

Influence of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with 5E rehabilitation management mode on ovarian function of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的探究中医针药联合5E康复管理模式对腹腔镜全子宫切除患者卵巢功能的影响,方法选择腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者115例,按照入院顺序排序进行分组,分为对照组(57例)和观察组(58例)。2组术后均予中医针药治疗,观察组在此基础上增加"5E理念"综合康复护理。观察并比较2组手术情况及效果、性激素水平。结果观察组患者术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组性生活质量得分(FSFI),满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组黄体生成素水平(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、女性更年期综合征自我诊断评定表评分(Kupperman)均升高,观察组LH、FSH显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Kupperman评分无显著差异(P>0.05);2组雌二醇(E2)水平均降低,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医针药联合基于"5E理念"的综合康复护理对腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者卵巢功能恢复具有积极意义,可提高患者术后的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with 5E rehabilitation management mode on ovarian function of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 115 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group(57 cases)and treatment group(58 cases)according to the order of admission.The two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture and medicine of traditional Chinese medicine after operation,and the experimental group added"5E concept"comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The operation conditions,effects and the levels of sex hormone in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of patients in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sexual life quality(FSFI)and satisfaction of patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone level(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and the score of female climacteric syndrome self-diagnosis evaluation table(Kupperman)in the two groups all increased,and LH,FSH in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but the score of Kupperman had no significant difference(P>0.05).The levels of estradiol(E2)in both groups were decreased,and that in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on"5E concept"has positive significance for the recovery of ovarian function of patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy,and can improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
