术后跌倒恐惧对髋关节置换患者结局指标的影响

Study on the outcome index of fall fear in patients with hip replacement

目的探讨跌倒恐惧对髋关节置换患者康复结局指标的影响,为临床制订干预措施提供依据。方法选取天津市某三级甲等医院2019年4月-9月收治的全髋关节置换患者142例作为研究对象,采用一般资料、修订版跌倒效能量表、harris髋关节功能评分量表及健康状况调查简表对其进行问卷调查。结果MFES得分在2周、1个月、3个月分别为32.11±3.57、58.05±8.11、93.11±8.63。MFES得分与harris髋关节功能评分量表得分、SF-36在2周、1个月、3个月分别呈正相关(r=0.216、0.532、0.545,P<0.01)(r=0.683、0.666,P<0.01)。结论在3个月内,跌倒效能与髋关节功能评分、健康状况调查简表呈正相关。随术后时间增长,患者跌倒恐惧心理逐渐降低,髋关节功能逐渐恢复,自理能力增强,生活质量逐渐提高。

Objective to investigate the effect of fall fear on the outcome of hip replacement.Methods A total of 142 patients with hip fractures undergoing total hip arthroplasty in a tertiary Class A hospital in Tianjin from April to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.The general data,the revised fall efficacy scale,and the Harris hip function score The questionnaire was used for the questionnaire and health status survey.Results The MFES scores were 32.11±3.57,58.05±8.11,93.11±8.63 at 2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months,respectively.The MFES score was positively correlated with the Harris hip function score scale and SF-36 at 2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months(r=0.216,0.532,0.545,P<0.01)(r=0.683,0.666,P<0.01).Conclusion Within 3 months,fall efficacy was positively correlated with hip function scores and a brief survey of health status.With the increase of postoperative time,the patient’s fear of falling gradually decreased,hip function gradually recovered,self-care ability increased,and quality of life gradually improved.
