滋肾益髓针法联合八段锦运动护理对脑卒中后认知障碍患者的影响

Effect of Zishen Yisui acupuncture combined with Baduanjin exercise on post-stroke cognitive impairment

目的探讨滋肾益髓针法联合八段锦运动对脑卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月-2019年3月收治的80例PSCI患者,将其按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。2组均给予常规脑卒中对症治疗及健康教育,对照组另给予八段锦运动,观察组在对照组基础上给予滋肾益髓针法治疗,对比2组临床疗效、运动功能、认知功能、生活质量及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1个月、2个月简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分及上肢、下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FM)评分及生活质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论滋肾益髓针法联合八段锦运动治疗PSCI疗效显著,可有效改善患者运动功能、认知功能,提高生活质量,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of kidney nourishing and marrow benefiting acupuncture combined with Baduanjin exercise nursing on post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,80 patients with PSCI in our hospital were selected,which were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table method.Both groups were given routine stroke treatment and health education.The control group was given Baduanjin exercise,while the observation group was given Zishen Yisui acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,motor function,cognitive function,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)scores,Fugl Meyer motor function scale(FM)and quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Zishen Yisui acupuncture combined with Baduanjin exercise on PSCI is remarkable,which can effectively improve the patients’motor function,cognitive function,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.
