基于4R危机理论的护理管理模式对肿瘤化疗患者植入式静脉输液港不良反应的影响

Effect of management model based on 4R crisis theory on adverse reaction for gynecological patients with chemotherapy and IVPA

目的探讨基于4R危机理论的护理管理模式对肿瘤化疗患者植入式静脉输液港不良反应的影响。方法将在我院接受治疗的肿瘤化疗且留置植入式静脉输液港的102例患者,随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规护理管理,干预组在此基础上实施基于4R危机理论的护理管理模式。结果干预组不良反应发生率与日常生活能力评分显著低于照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于4R危机理论的护理管理模式应用于肿瘤化疗留置IVPA患者中,能显著降低不良反应发生率,改善日常生活能力,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of management model based on 4R crisis theory on adverse reaction for gynecological patients with chemotherapy and IVPA.Methods A total of 102 gynecological patients with chemotherapy and IVP were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The control group used routine management,and intervention group adopted management model based on 4R crisis theory.Results The incidence of adverse reactions and score of daily living ability in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The management model based on 4R crisis theory applied in gynecological patients with chemotherapy and IVPA can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve daily living ability and improve patient satisfaction.
