门诊综合护理措施对慢性疾病老年患者的应用效果观察

Effect of outpatient comprehensive nursing measures on the elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的观察门诊护理措施对于慢性疾病老年患者的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月间本院内科门诊收治的126例慢性疾病老年患者纳入本次研究,依据随机数字法均分为常规组与研究组。常规组采取常规门诊护理,研究组在常规组的基础上应用门诊综合护理措施,于首诊后1个月患者复查时,调查全部入选患者对于自身疾病知识的了解情况,评估患者的述情障碍程度与心理状态,统计患者疾病控制达标率及患者对门诊护理的满意度。结果研究组对于自身疾病知识知晓率均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组TAS-20总分、SAS、SDS得分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组疾病控制达标率、患者满意率均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论门诊综合护理措施的应用能够有效提高患者对自身疾病的认知水平,改善患者的心理状态与述情障碍,提高患者疾病控制达标率与患者对门诊护理工作的满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of out-patient nursing measures on elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,126 cases of elderly patients with chronic disease were selected in this study on the basis of the digital method of random and divided into normal group and research group.Normal group adopt routine outpatient care,on the basis of that the research group was given comprehensive application of outpatient care measures.Within 1 month after the first patient review,all the selected patients’knowledge about their disease situation,the degree of alexithymia,the psychological status and statistics for disease control in patients with success rate of outpatient nursing and patients satisfaction were observed.Results In the research group,the knowledge of the disease knowledge was higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05).The total score of TAS-20,SAS and SDS of the study group were lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05).After nursing,the control rate of disease control in the study group was higher.The satisfaction rate of the patients was superior to that of the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing measures in outpatient service can effectively improve patients’cognition of their own diseases,improve patients’psychological state and alexithymia,improve patients’disease control compliance rate and patients’satisfaction with outpatient care.
