Poverty Alleviation with Intangible Cultural Heritage:To Create A Better Life on the Prairie

果洛是典型的青藏高原草原牧区文化,拥有民族特色的非遗代表性项目。本文从非遗研培教学、振兴传统工艺、提供市场平台、多方协作四个方面介绍了上海帮助果洛非遗扶贫的实践之路,为果洛创造了文化发展的"外部支持"。果洛非遗传承人来到上海大学参加培训,从此翻开了高校参与非遗扶贫工作的新篇章。

Guoluo is a typical Tibetan plateau grassland pastoral culture,with the intangible cultural heritage item of distinctive ethnic characteristics.This paper introduces the practical ways of helping Guoluo’s poverty alleviation by Shanghai from four aspects:teaching,fostering and researching the local intangible cultural heritage;revitalizing traditional handicraft;providing market platform and multi-party cooperation in order to create an"external support"for Guoluo’s cultural development.Guoluo inheritors came to Shanghai University to participate in training,and opened a new chapter for colleges and universities to participate in poverty alleviation.
