摘要
为解决黑龙江省废旧轮胎逆向物流网络体系不健全问题,在分析废旧轮胎逆向物流发展现状的基础上,构建黑龙江省废旧轮胎逆向物流网络体系,通过建立数学模型对黑龙江省废旧轮胎逆向物流网络进行选址优化,以实现废旧轮胎逆向物流网络体系的最优化、总成本最低化。
In this paper,in order to improve on the incomplete reverse logistics network system for waste tires in Heilongjiang Province,we analyzed the development status of the waste tire reverse logistics sector,constructed the reverse logistics network system for waste tires in Heilongjiang,and established a mathematical model for the optimal site selection of the waste tire reverse logistics outlets in the province with the objective to optimize the waste tire reverse logistics network system and minimize its total cost.
